Past few months have found myself arriving in NYC after midnight and needing to find a late night pizza slice. First couple times was near Joe’s on Broadway & 41st so that was good. But from my visit last week want to mention NYC Pizza Kitchen at 3rd Ave & 28th as a solid option near Madison Park. There is a chance their being open until 2 AM is upping my rating - but I thought it was really good.
Also tried a thin crust place called Tappo on 24th near 6th Ave. Went there with a colleague who needed a gluten free option so did not have any expectations but did a build my own with their spicy base that was really good.
Out here in Santa Monica/Venice a Prince St. just opened up. Their square style was decent - the Neapolitan just ok - but probably not overtaking my LA regulars.
Will try and get to some of the recommendations in this thread on my next trip.
