No - at least while K Chang has enough control. He is passionate on the industry, is a perfectionist and has the experience / lessons of EVA to back him up. Even in Y, the meals reported by the Youtubers are very good.

All that said, there is very high expectation (partially hyped up by K Chang) and that can lead to disappointments.
