This is a AA operated flight so you need to contact AA. I doubt any airline will provide compensation for cancellation due to the weather and from what I hear, AA is no different.

You should be able to get a full refund of Avios and taxes etc from BA due to (invol) cancellation. Then that is most likely what you can get out of this.
