Westbound breakfast - April/May 2023
Amenity and sleep kits were on the seat. PDB was offered during boarding.


Lemon ginger tea and warm croissant to start


Smoked Salmon, Farro Pancakes, Coconut Yogurt, and side of maple bacon


Smoked Salmon - crème fraiche, pickled onions, capers, crostini. Very tasty


Farro Pancakes - roasted rhubarb, maple syrup. Needed the sauce, a bit dry without. Paired well with the bacon.


Coconut Yogurt - macerated cherries, honey almond granola. Good flavor
