The difference was only £4,000, so I took the deal, which yields 80 TPs at less than £2/TP. But as wrote above, it could be just economy plus, BA TP calculator shows three classes (first, business and economy), I don't know where the "Class J" falls. I played around with dates, but did not see the domestic first anyway.
I did it a couple of years ago. Nothing special not as cramped as economy. There was no extra services except water, tea or coffee. No priority check-in no lounge access.
One thing you can look into at checkin is a very low price upgrade to first class. I did it once for about fifty American dollars and it was worth it. I got lounge access, a massive seat on a wide body, full meal. All this on a one hour flight.
