Depends where it's going but basically there is catering loading by local contractors at outstations. Turnarounds are double catered ex-DXB by EKFC as a general rule.
Sometimes that contractor is dnata, which is part of the Group.
It's not monolithic, sometimes elements of each class of service are return catered (e.g. sometimes the alcohol, cracker packs for Y, sealed things like the nuts etc.)
