o.k., it's not that difficult ... DON'T CALL TO ASK!!!. You should only call because you want to upgrade with miles. NH Z-class is listed as (and has been available as) upgradable forever when using miles. UA will convert your flight numbers to NH flight numbers. What you do after that is your choice. You can use the form that uses 'miles' or you use the form that uses +Ps ... same backend system these days ... hint hint hint.

And yes ... you are upgrading the business cabin ... not TO the business cabin ... FROM!
