This June I’ll be flying SAT-IAD with family (wife and our two pre school aged kids). We have a full 24 hours in DC before our Sunday evening flight to Berlin. I reserved a car but recently saw that IAD now has train station service connected to terminal all the way into the city. Ive never rented a car at IAD but starting to think the train might just be easier. Thoughts from anyone who has rented a car at the airport vs train into the city. I’ll be staying at the Willard if that makes any difference. Thank you!
