For a point of reference, I stayed in May 2022 and paid 45,000 XPF per night for an upgrade from the points room to a Deluxe Overwater Villa. Definitely worth the upgrade. I think we were in room 315 which faces south and the room was lovely. When we go back we'd look to stay in the 100s on the east side or in the sunset view pool villas to the west. The sunsets on our trip were spectacular, never seen those colors in a sunset before.
