We're trying to check in to SEA from MAD with a stop at LHR but I can't because my documents are under review for almost a day now (after we use the form online). My wife's documents were verified almost immediately. There are no documents to verify since we flew here with American passports so it should be easier on the way back.

I tried to verify them again (which is basically just saying I'm a US citizen) to no avail. Is there a way around this? The checkin process can't be started "Sorry, we can’t check you in for this flight. Please go to the airport check-in desk."
