Amex does not transfer to UA. For some time, Chase/UA and Citi/AA have been exclusive (as well as Chase/Hyatt). Bilt absolutely offers transfer flexibility across some desirable points currencies that other cards do not.
I was thinking about Avianca with Amex for United flights. I agreed to certain extend that Bilt has some unique transfer partners, but harder to accrue points due to no SUB.
