Appreciate everyone's wisdom here!
What would our chances be of making this connection

SIN-JFK arrives Terminal 4 at 18:50
(historically almost always arrives on time or slightly early)

Delta domestic JFK-BOS AT 20:55
Dl cancelled their 22:30 flight

Only a 2 hour 5 minute connection time.
Separate tickets.
Australian citizen so won't be in one of the faster queues.
Business class tickets if that makes any difference

Are our chances of making our flight pretty slim?

What would you do?

1 - Take our chances and race our way through the airport? (The one factor in our favour is that both flights are in terminal 4)
2 - Book the latest flight, Aa/Jetblue
22:30... Race over to terminal 5
3 - Stay overnight, fly the next morning... Miss out on time at our destination but less stress
