Some people seem to recommend NB, and others seem to go full-on for PHV from previous threads, but don't know if there's any deciding factors between.
I just spent three days at PHV and had some feedback on my pre-arrival interactions but the service onsite was a ten out of ten. Very polished interactions and lots of attention to detail. I love the concierge desk and what they can do.
Points and TSU are an unbeatable way to access some space and luxury in Paris.
