Switching to Regency Kyoto now that they're a category lower and will feel less of a waste of value if I don't stay in the hotel/area as long.
When the PH was Cat 7 and the HR Cat 6, it was a no brainer to choose the PH, but now that the PH is Cat 8 and the HR Cat 5, it is a much better balance. And with also the HP at Cat 3, there is a very good selection to choose from for award stays in Kyoto.
