I'd say a quarter to a third of the time it's out. However they go out of their way to make sure it's functional on those Mint A321s. Any time I've had a wifi issue in the last couple of years was on an E190.
There may be a classic A320 flying out of Boston with inop wifi, but they may have fixed it by now.
