By "this card" are you referring to an Admirals Club card? Or a Qantas club card?

Partner lounges
When travelling with American Airlines, as a Qantas Club member you and a guest are welcome at American Airlines Admirals Club lounges. Simply present your Qantas Club card together with your boarding pass at the lounge reception. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day on a flight marketed5 and operated by the partner airline whose lounge you wish to visit.

Qantas Club Members will be welcomed at the Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai when their next onwards flight that day is on a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day.

When travelling from London Heathrow on an Economy Class ticket, Qantas Club Members can access the Qantas London Lounge provided they are travelling on a Qantas operated aircraft on a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number. When departing London Heathrow on a Business or First Class ticket on either a Qantas (QF) or Emirates (EK) flight number on either a Qantas or Emirates operated aircraft, Qantas Club members can choose to access the Qantas London Lounge or the Emirates Lounge.

Qantas Club members and a guest can enjoy access to Alaska Airline's Club lounges in Los Angeles, Seattle, Anchorage and Portland when travelling on an Alaska flight, connecting to, or from, a Qantas international operated flight. Present your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership or Qantas Club card to gain access.
