Debatable. Had a few flights with them as LH decided to swap one flight midday to EW Discover.
Crew really nice and enthusiastic.
Free Wi-Fi with maps and movies streamed to personal devices. ( I think music too)
Tho sometimes see lack of status recognition on board. Haven’t seen LH’s tablets in a galley too.
But then LX is on the other side of the spectrum. Bit scary when we chat about something and I asked-how do you know that?
and the answer was “we know about you everything”
I should probably make some random trips and select different seats to mess with their metadata.
