I posted about the lack of an electrical outlet in the shower rooms earlier - that was my experience in the women's shower rooms in the new Al Mourjan Garden. There was the drawer with a hairdryer symbol, but I had to obtain my hairdryer directly from the desk at the entry to the shower rooms (the attendant at the entry spoke English well, and specifically told me when I got that hairdryer that there are no outlets in the stalls, and to speak with the cleaning ladies when I needed to use it). There was no outlet in Women's Shower #03 and #04, and then the cleaning lady also checked in one or two of the stalls in the second hallway, also no outlet.

Perhaps the outlets are available in the men's shower stalls? Or just certain stalls in general?
