Thanks. It isn't as much as $1,000, but I had a transportation agent incorrectly make a booking, then incorrectly try to fix it, then got it almost right (close enough). The result was a charge, a credit, and a charge, but apparently that works in my favor. (The agent was very apologetic and wanted to be sure that I had enough credit available for the second charge, since the return would take a few days to post. It was almost comical.)
