I don't really have an answer for you other than I think something is wrong with the way your account and bookings are setup for you not to receive miles for several flights. They are really good at this....or their computers are anyway. If you requested on their website on March 2nd, they might still be getting to this. They have never been very fast for things after the fact and maybe more so today.
