So I went to a Culver's in Glenwood Springs CO and they didn't use MX915s with Point. They used PAR registers loaded with PAR Brink POS attached to Verifone P400s. Contactless still works just fine of course just not the regular system that Culver's uses.

I have noticed seeing a lot more smaller PIN pads out there in the world, with the exception of big box stores who continue to keep installing large screen ones, because they use it for everything rather than just using it for payments.
Walmart still attaches pens to them, but I believe that's because of signature capture for non card related things they still do.
