I confirm this place is a shame for the RC brand. Service is more like a 4Points. Rooms are OK, but more a dated Sheraton or Marriott than RC. Received zero recognition as an Ambassador. No upgrade despite ALL room categories being available at 11pm when I checked-in. Stay away.
