No idea if it's still current, but this post suggests Silver tops out at 51 (ah, beaten to it!)

I went through a similar run of upgrades WTP->CW when I was progressing through Silver, it may be something BA target, I'm not sure? Regardless, enjoy the good fortune! 🙂
