I had the last years several flights for which I didnīt got miles. Every time I used the form on the website and sent the boarding passes and reservations. Never got miles. Never got an answer. But all were small amount of miles. So after a while I forgot it. Now again requested miles for a flight in KLM Business class. But this time is a big amount of miles. Flight was on 17th. of february. Did the request on 2nd. of march. Again nothing. Tried to call today. An agent took the call after 40 minutes. Couldnīt help me and sended me to another department. After waiting of another 2 hours I gave up. A 15 Euro call with skype for nothing.So wrote on twitter. But there got the answer I should use the messenger system of delta. Tried in the app.using the messenger. Not possible because I need an us phone number which I donīt have. Made already two complaints because didnīt got answers. Also nothing. This customer service is the worst I have ever had with an airline. And I have a lot experience with turkish airlines and I thought it couldnīt be worse. Anybody has an idea how I can get my miles?
