Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes. Needed a place in East Bay the last minute when there was a big conference happening in San Francisco. The hotel was close to the places I needed to be and had very reasonably price.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Standadd Queen, received King Suite.

How are the rooms?
The room was huge. It was basically two standard rooms joined together, with one serving as the dining/living space other as the bedroom/bath. The room felt dated and was very clean. Many power outlets and USB outlets available.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- Excellent service
- Meaningful upgrade
- Short walk from BART station
- Many amenities (pool, gym, patio)

The bad:
- Rooms are dated

The ugly:
- A/C unit is behaving strangely. Seems to be centrally-controlled sometime and cooled the room to 15 degrees
- Wi-Fi is not encrypted

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
18K points/night during a conference is a great deal (cash would be around $120, still good deal). If I needed a hotel in the area in the future, I will return.
