DL340 BOS-SEA
Lunch
For some reason BOS-SEA gets D1 catering instead of domestic F, (and ex-BOS D1 gets 2 of the international entrees, so avoided the tuna melt)
Explorer cold brew (which was fine) with biscoffs
SALAD
Roasted Cashew, Tomato, and Pomegranate
with watercress, frisée and wasabi cucumber dressing
BREAD
Sourdough Roll
with cultured Banner Butter
MAIN COURSE
Roast Beef Salad
with green beans, tomatoes, black olives, hardboiled egg, potatoes, and creamy Dijon dressing. Served with fresh fruit.
Chicken Tikka Masala
with basmati rice and green beans
Pea and Mint Ravioli
with pecorino, zucchini cream, and cherry tomatoes
DESSERT
Chocolate Fondant
with sea salt caramel
Salad was fresh but not really a fan of the dressing, and roll was an ordinary roll not sourdough. Entree was great — the chicken was cooked the right amount and still tender. And dessert was very rich but also very good.
Great service from an MCO-based crew (although not sure why they’re flying BOS-SEA)
