Flew on AA 45 from CDG to JFK on 4/27. The aircraft was a 772 with the old Zodiac seats in business class. I had seat 1L as I think 1A is blocked as a crew rest seat on the 772. And yes, I could still feel it when the person in 2L adjusted their seat. On a more positive note, the cabin crew was attentive and friendly. The small plate which is billed as vegetable antipasti was quite good. The menu described it as "baby leek, zucchini, grilled artichoke, eggplant puree". However, for my main dish, I had preselected the grilled sirloin steak. What a mistake that was - it was fairly tough, overcooked, and dry. I decided to try dessert and selected the lemon tart which was just OK.
