I recently flew on a Rouge 321 in row 21 and was pleasantly surprised to see that row was preferred seats with extra legroom. I don't see that advertised anywhere on their seat maps and don't remember paying "extra" for preferred seats. Does anyone know how many rows there actually are of preferred seats? Would be useful for future reference in case I get Rouged again.
