CitizenM is another option at the airport

Incidentally I'd do 3hrs the other way on a "Plus" ticket. QR will send the bags through so you'd have a good cushion in case of a "normal" delay and getting yourself back from Amsterdam if it all goes wrong is a much easier thing to fix than missing your entire QR ticket!
