You might wish to have during the stay the club reception
- to update your stay profile
or
even better email reservations in advance to let them
- annotate your reservations
to add with the update with strong preference to have a room allocated always on the top floor
(you have no difficulties handling stairs in your room)
top floor room is well noted everywhere in my profile of every chain, but you know, traveling always for holidays in the peak periods (august / end year) you can’t be sure to be allocated where you wish to.
anyway, I generally love the duplex rooms and the stairs are not an issue for me
of course, an upgrade to a bigger suite at the top floor would be nice but I don’t want to take any risk to spend my holidays in a room that I don’t like
