Access to FCL in Zurich with EW ticket?

In the past one could not access the FCL as a HON when flying on EW, unless the ticket was booked as an LX ticket (724 stock, LX flight number).

I believe - but not certain - that the rules have changed and that HONs can now enter the FCL in Zurich also when flying on an EW ticket (xxx stock, EW flight number).

Can anyone confirm?
