I am here right now on 3 night stay - and concur, it is definitely dated. Things like no USB outlets anywhere in the suite - plus at least 2 of the regular outlets in the room are "dead". Lots of tour groups in & out each day.
I did get a "double" upgrade as Globalist - had received notification the day before for Grand Suite, when I arrived Mr. Ali (FD Mgr) came out to greet me in person and upgraded me to an Exec Suite.

Grand Club no longer serving breakfast - only downstairs. Evening snacks/drinks from 6-8.
Heading to Petra for 2 days, then back here for 1 night before departure from Jordan.
