Recently flew domestic F through PHL and was quite surprised by the experience. Leaving the aircraft, there was a ground staff holding a phone with my name on it and after intros and greetings, I was taken into a car (it was rather nice SUV) to drive me to the other terminal to my flight. My arriving flight wasn't late
Similar experience happened on my way back, just this time I was escorted to the lounge (had more time. between flights and arrival and departure gates were at the same terminal)
It was quite a nice surprise.
