I believe it's an ex AC 762(from Mohave) which has been bought by a Jordanian group for lease to Iraqi airways.

Here's the article:

TUCSON, Ariz., Dec 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corp. (OTCBB: RDVN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, purchased a former Air Canada Boeing 767-200EM aircraft from Pinnacle Aircraft Leasing Inc., and then resold the aircraft to Teebah Airlines, a Jordanian company, for end use by Iraqi Airways, the new flag carrier of Iraq. Hamilton Aerospace delivered this aircraft with a fresh maintenance check and reconfigured to Teebah's specifications. Hamilton Aerospace subcontracted a third-party maintenance facility to refurbish and paint this particular aircraft.
This Boeing 767-200EM is the third of a series of aircraft that Hamilton Aerospace anticipates providing to Teebah Airlines by the end of 2005 for operation by Iraqi Airways. The total value of the fleet of aircraft Hamilton anticipates delivering to Teebah Airlines is in excess of $25,000,000. The growing business relationship with Teebah Airlines is one of the principal reasons that Renegade Venture upwardly revised its 2004 financial guidance as announced by a press release on Oct. 6, 2004.

Alden Crowley, director of international sales for Hamilton Aerospace, stated, "We are very pleased to have successfully delivered this first wide body aircraft to augment the two 737-200 narrow body aircraft we previously delivered to Teebah Airlines for operation by Iraqi Airways. God willing, Hamilton Aerospace will be able to continue to successfully meet Teebah Airlines' future aircraft requirements. All of us at Hamilton feel honored and excited to have this opportunity, through the auspices of Teebah Airlines, to be able to play a positive role in the rebuilding of Iraq's national airline and the new Iraqi economy."

General Manager of Teebah Airlines Othman Al-Absi said, "Hamilton Aerospace continues to deliver cost-effective, quality aircraft configured exactly to our particular specifications. We are looking forward to building upon our excellent relationship with Hamilton and are counting on their continued capable assistance to support our evolving technical and operational requirements at Teebah Airlines and other end users we may be involved with."

Note: Teebah Airlines is a Jordanian-based airline, owned by an Iraqi family.
