My father has Hyatt points that he’s not going to use bc isn’t traveling much anymore. I know he can call to book for me or another family member, but he is elderly and it would be so much easier if it were done online bc I could handle the bookings. I have access to his Hyatt account as well as “travel” email account. Is there a way for him to book award/points nights for a family member that doesn’t involve calling? Twitter DM? Hyatt app chat?
