Will be staying next week, prior Globalist stays in November 2021 and April 2022 on 12th floor non-suite room which was showing signs of age and wear.

- Is the Grand Club on the 12th floor?
Yes, on the 12th.
- Is keycard required for elevators? If on the 12 floor, do the elevator card readers (still) automatically select/light “12” as the selected floor upon swiping a keycard? (My previous stays here were the first time I ever experienced that.)
No card reader, anyone can take the elevator and get to the 12th floor.
- If one is lucky and gets a Globalist best room upgrade to a suite, are those suites on the 12th floor? Are suites in better shape than rooms?
No experience on that. The date we checked in there was no suite available.
