Thinking about booking between PHV (points + TSU if I earn the TSU in time) and Narcisse-Blanc (cash, since it's significantly less) for partner's/my first time in Paris (weeklong stay). I've heard not great things about service relatively recently about PHV, but the even-more recent reviews seem to be turning around? Any preferences between the two? I will be globalist by then if that matters

Some people seem to recommend NB, and others seem to go full-on for PHV from previous threads, but don't know if there's any deciding factors between.
