The second evening we went to the Uchu. Inside at the bar nobody was sitting, outside the pool looked pretty.

Ceviche Carretillero - Peruvian Signature dish based on fresh white fish of the day marinated with our traditional tiger milk. Served with crispy corn, sweet potato, and crispy fried calamari ($25)

Actually quite good, but somehow the spark did not jump over. Everything a bit sour.
Red Snapper Patarashca - Delicious fish seasoned with Peruvian spices and cooked wrapped in a leaf. Providing a special aroma and flavor. Served with a traditional mashed made of Cassava ($34)

The puree was not really my cup of tea, the fish was good.
Chupe de camarones y crayfish - A traditional Peruvian chowder of shrimp and crayfish, combined with a spicy broth with chunky vegetables, poached eggs, and lots of testy ($44)

I don't have a good memory of the dish, it just didn't taste very good to me.
We did without a dessert, also without further visits to this restaurant.
