We are arriving T5 and departing T5 in 2.5 hrs and folks here have said that's not enough time to transit airside between terminals.
I would have loved to visit my first international Centurion lounge but the crowds are an issue as you have to sign up for a waitlist on your Amex app.
To clarify it's more then enough time to transit between terminals to catch flights (and visit lounges) but not enough to go from T5-T3, visit lounge(s) then transit back to T5 to meet BA's T-35 conformance because you'd be spending more time in the transit processes than in the lounge
