I have an ailing grandmother and her wishes are to be next to her husband, in Florida. Currently she is on the other side of the nation in PDX and doing well. Hopefully the TSA will be disbanded when the time comes for me to make the PDX-TPA/MCO/GNV trip.
Another suggested the US Postal Service -- I would never use the USPS for anything important, including important business legal documents. Anything more important would never be transported via the postal service over my dead body.
This is a new low for the TSA and god only knows when they will stop. I understand they are trying to be helpful, but to put remains of a loved one in a see-through "temporary" tupperware container is offensive to me... Then again there is air cargo carried by the airlines, which is not screened.
