Back in the days around 5 years ago, I remember when AS first started cooperating with Skywest and introducing all these E75 all over the place, we had a SFO-MSP service at 1589 miles, complete with Glassware and Hot Food. That route does not exist anymore, but it was run 2 or 3 times a day even.
