On a PC you can try checking your browser history for the eStore redirect to the retailer you used on the date you shopped. The link would include something like .< https://aeroplan.rewardops.com/en-CA/affiliate-redirect/aveda?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fclick.linksynergy. com....> It doesn't show your Aeroplan number but but can give you some idea that it should have gone through as hoped.
