For those of you who know the area, would you prefer this property (as a Globalist) over the nearby Hyatt House Energy Corridor or Hyatt Place Katy? They are all about $100 a night for an upcoming 2-night stay. A large room is nice, but not if it looks like a rundown flophouse.
