The QX E175s all have ovens. And they are catered the same way mainline is with regards to warm food.

OO has a subset of their fleet that were originally ordered for Horizon and redirected to Skywest. I believe these have ovens, but I don’t think they use them. It’s been a while since I’ve been on a long Skywest flight though.


I haven’t seen it mentioned, but another long route is the SJC-AUS flight on the E175.
