Please don't forget to praise the people/teams that make the difference compared to other airlines. Personally I feel that the GGL team (email+phone) is very valuable and I didn't just bring up issues with the current program (I'd love to see free WiFi), but also praised what we currently have and what I'd love to keep going forward.
