One more month of GGL to go but I would say some of the more achievable things are:
- treat it as a separate tier and consistently show on boarding pass so it's easier for staff to provide advertised benefits. For example, I have been denied entry to CCR and to guest into Arrivals in the past. I have guested multiple people on the same flight without issue but I was nervous
- real pre-boarding like CK for AA

Expensive but I think better ground services at LHR would be nice especially for bus gates - this should be for F passengers and potentially GGL even if it just a better minibus.
