Received it as well.... My #1 item would be to give the GGL line more authority to bend the rules a little. My standard joke is that GGL just helps me get the "No, so sorry" faster.

Example: Had a LHR-LIS last year that was cancelled and I was rebooked on a LHR-OPO. I asked to be put on a OPO-LIS later on, which of course was rejected by the agent (despite EU261 requiring BA to do so). I self-booked, BA did pay the OPO-LIS within a few days, so not much of an issue in the end. But: It would be so much easier if they had just rebooked me straightaway.
