I do find it interesting that the consumer website is so poor. The thing is they've clearly built a lot of the capability which is accessible by agents in the SPRK web platform. There's a full user manual here:

Clearly the workflow in SPRK is very much agent-centric, but it shouldn't be too much development to take the capabilities surfaced here, and consumerise them. The hard-work is done already in terms of the logic, so it should be some front-end work to make it more pretty, and gloss over and/or automate some of the other steps that an agent would want control over.
