GGL survey
I received a very interesting survey from BA today, targeted at GGL members. Did anyone else receive this?
As well as rating various aspects of GGL experience (eg lounge access, GGL team, recognition at the airport and on board) there were some free text boxes to make suggestions.
At the end, it asked for one recommendation that would make GGL more valuable. I went for priority boarding before Group 1.
Good to see BA at least gathering some specific feedback and I thought the survey questions were well crafted.
