If you added his BAEC number into the booking then yes, he will see his booking when he logs in. A safer approach would be to not add his or their BAEC numbers until you are prepared for them to know. You can always add the numbers nearer to the departure but I don't know if it's possible to remove a number once added. This might be possible if you call.
